FoSTaC Training

Food Safety Training & Certification (FSTaC) is a comprehensive training program for food business owners. FSSAI has made Food Safety Training and Certification mandatory for all Central and State-licensed food business operators. FICSI, an impaneled partner in training, is authorized to conduct FoSTaC training programs for all FoSTaC courses. Eligibility Criteria for Trainees

Basic Level Course

Graduates in non-science disciplines with two years of involvement with an administrative job in a specific area can attend the novel course.

FoSTaC Application Process

  •         Visit the authority FoSTaC site.
